Summary:
Jacob is the old man who runs the TTC lost and found. Duncan was working at TTC lost and found for summer job. Almost end of his job, he finds the leather book and it was a book about the serial killer. This book is about his plan about murder. Duncan can't stop reading this book and Duncan, Vinny tried to give the book to police, but the police doesn't take it seriously. So Duncan gets help from Vinny and they try to find this serial killer and prove that the book is real.
